By creating an account or using WorkFolks, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Account Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate registration information
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must be at least 16 years of age to use the service
- You may not use the service for illegal activities
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: upload malicious content, attempt to access other users' data, abuse the API or perform denial-of-service attacks, use automated scripts to scrape data, or impersonate other users.
4. Content
You retain ownership of all content you create on WorkFolks. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.
5. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
6. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
WorkFolks is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or indirect damages arising from use of the platform.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification.
